Description

Exhibited in Red Dot Miami during Miami Art Week.

I created this piece in the Heart series with the idea of the heart being hidden. Other hearts from the series show the heart more pronounced. There are several layers built up over the heart shape and I then sanded it down with an industrial sander to reveal the shape. I love the rustic effect that it created, which reminds me of old, worn wood that has been painted and left to weather.

The piece is signed on the back and ready to hang.
